PRACTICE AREAS
We help spouses, fiancé(e)s, children and siblings of U.S. citizens, as well as spouses and children of Green Card holders (permanent residents) with their immigration petitions.
We help qualified professionals secure permanent residency via job offers, as U.S. immigration law offers paths for noncitizens to obtain a Green Card through.
Temporary work visas allow noncitizens to work in the U.S. for a specified period. Typically, employers must file a petition with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) before hiring.
Enables temporary study in the U.S. Noncitizens need a student visa (e.g., F- 1) to attend school. Those on a different visa can apply for a Change of Status to obtain a student visa.
The process for a noncitizen to a legal U.S. citizen, usually through naturalization, involves meeting residency requirements, passing a test, and demonstrating good moral character.
Allows foreign nationals to gain residency or a visa by making a significant financial investment in a country's economy.
Noncitizens who are victims of specific crimes, human trafficking, or abuse by a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident can petition for protection and status in the U.S.
Spouses, parents, and children of U.S. Armed Forces members may qualify for various immigration benefits like citizenship, permanent residence, and family-based survivor benefits.
