Kelsey Palma

Ms. Palma, born and raised in Utah, earned her bachelor's degree in Family, Consumer & Human Development from Utah State University and her Juris Doctor from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in Provo. She is admitted to the Utah State Bar.
Background and Experience
Ms. Palma focuses her practice on family-based immigration, humanitarian relief, naturalization and citizenship, adjustment of status, and consular processing.
During law school, Ms. Palma interned at an immigration law firm in Salt Lake City, Utah, gaining hands-on exposure to a wide spectrum of cases, including employment-based petitions, nonimmigrant visas, humanitarian cases, and family-based petitions. Following her bar admission, she practiced at an immigration law firm in Lehi, Utah, where she routinely handled nonimmigrant visa petitions, consular processing, adjustment of status, humanitarian cases, naturalization and citizenship, and family-based petitions.
Ms. Palma is a native English speaker, fluent in Spanish, and is currently learning Portuguese. Outside of her legal practice, she enjoys playing pickleball and Mahjong, attending dance fitness classes at her local gym, building LEGO sets, camping, watching her daughter dance, and spending time with her orange cats.
